We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Client Services Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating premium experiences, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales to ensure that every guest enjoys unparalleled service at DEW Centre.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management & Sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell services, ensuring revenue growth.
• Proactively engage with prospective clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Conduct follow-ups, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.

2. Experience Curation
• Design and execute customized wellness and lifestyle experiences that align with DEW Centre’s luxury positioning.
• Work closely with the hospitality, wellness, and events teams to deliver exclusive, high-impact experiences.
• Research trends in the wellness and lifestyle space to introduce fresh, innovative offerings.
• Ensure every touchpoint of the client’s journey is seamless, from inquiry to post-service engagement.

3. Customer Engagement & Brand Representation
• Represent DEW Centre as a brand ambassador, ensuring premium customer service standards.
• Engage with clients in person, via email, and through social media to maintain ongoing relationships.
• Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance their overall experience.
• Organize and host exclusive client events, networking sessions, and VIP experiences.

4. Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Identify and develop partnerships that enhance DEW Centre’s service offerings.
• Monitor and analyze client data to generate insights that drive personalized engagement.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the Centre’s financial growth.
• Develop strategic promotions to attract and retain high-value clients.

Key Qualifications & Skills
• 3+ years of experience in client services, sales, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle management.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Passion for luxury experiences, wellness, and hospitality.
• Ability to think creatively and curate bespoke client experiences.
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, customer engagement platforms, and Microsoft Office.
