We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing strong relationships with our clients, developing strategic plans and proposals, and overseeing the execution of successful campaigns. A strong understanding of events management, experiential marketing, digital marketing, and influencer management is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

-Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

-Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and needs, and act as their trusted advisor.

-Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance, strategy, and new opportunities.

-Strategic Planning and Proposal Development:

-Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and target audience.

-Create compelling proposals that clearly outline proposed solutions, budgets, and timelines.

-Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, media, production) to ensure proposals are feasible and align with client expectations.

-Present proposals to clients and effectively communicate the value proposition.

-Events Management and Experiential Marketing:

-Conceptualize and execute engaging events and experiential marketing activations for clients.

-Manage all logistics related to event planning, vendor management, and on-site coordination.

-Develop creative and innovative experiential marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

-Digital Marketing and Influencer Management:

-Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., social media, search engine optimization, email marketing).

-Manage social media presence for clients, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.

-Identify and manage relationships with relevant influencers to promote client brands and products.

-Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, English or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the integrated marketing communications industry with at least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing and influencer management.

• Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and developing marketing strategies.

• Strong understanding of events management and experiential marketing principles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media apps.
