Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and Shopify’s ecosystem. This role will focus on optimizing website functionality, driving online sales, and ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Optimize website layout, user experience (UX), and site performance to maximize conversions.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor website analytics, track sales performance, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with developers for advanced customizations, and ensure website security.
- Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance store functionality and streamline operations.
- Stay up-to-date with Shopify trends, e-commerce best practices, and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead in the digital space.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a Shopify store, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify’s backend, themes, and customization options.
- Experience with Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify reports.
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, Liquid) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
