We’re looking for a talented Financial Modeler to join our executive team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of this transformative initiative.

Role Overview

As our Financial Modeler, you will:

  • Develop comprehensive financial models for the City of Azania, including revenue projections, cost estimates, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align financial plans with project goals.
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess project viability.
  • Prepare investor-ready financial reports and presentations.
  • Work with a Big 4 firm to validate the financial model and ensure investor confidence.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, preferably in real estate development or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong expertise in Excel, financial modeling software, and data analysis tools.
  • A deep understanding of revenue streams, cost structures, and financing mechanisms for large-scale projects.
  • Experience working with institutional investors and Big 4 firms.
  • A passion for sustainable development and urban planning.
