We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to help grow our student base through direct and word-of-mouth marketing.
Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote our digital art courses, engage potential students, and successfully register them for our programs. This role is performance-based, and you will be compensated based on the number of students you bring in.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and market our digital art courses through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
Engage potential students via word-of-mouth marketing, social media, events, and personal contacts.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into registered students.
Educate prospective students on the benefits of our courses and how they align with their career goals.
Meet or exceed the monthly student registration target.
Compensation & Benefits:
₦100,000 Monthly Performance-Based Pay (upon registering 20 students per month).
Bonus incentives for exceeding registration targets.
